Tomorrow’s Health Starts Today

Let’s Get Started!

Become a Farsighted Foodie Today!

"The secret of getting ahead is getting started." Mark Twain

What is a farsighted foodie?

(Adjective) Having or showing foresight or good judgment

(Noun): A person with a special interest in or knowledge of food

When applied to health and wellness, it means one who adopts, promotes, and takes the mystery out of a Whole Food / Plant-based (WFPB) way of eating.

This easily involves eating foods that are minimally processed. This includes whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes (beans, peas, and lentils), tubers (potatoes, yams, root veggies), nuts, and seeds. It limits or avoids animal products (meat, fowl, fish, eggs, and dairy), and refined foods like sugar, white flour, and processed oils.

What it’s not:

It’s not a diet.

It’s not a fad.

It’s not about restriction.

It’s not about skipping meals.

It’s not about calorie counting.

It’s not about carefully measuring or weighing portions.

It’s not about giving up flavor.

It’s not about going hungry or starving oneself.

It’s about: Joy, Abundance, Health, Wealth, and Well-being.

Why eat plant based anyway?

  • Avocado, corn, cucumber, tomatoes and basil falling in the air with a yellow background

    Why not?!

    It’s easy, affordable, and fun!

    Plus, the benefits are huge!

  • Variety of cut fruits and vegetables on a table

    Lower Your Risk

Lower the risk of breast, prostate, and other types of cancers.

  • Variety of vegetables on plates or in bowls

    Prevent Health Conditions

    Prevent, even reversing, heart disease.

Prevent, treat, and in most cases reverse Type 2 diabetes.

  • Border of green produce with some pops of colored produce

    Reduce Health Concerns

    Reduce inflammation, hypertension, and cholesterol.

  • Bottle of spilled supplements with twigs of leaves

    Save Money

Get off or reduce unnecessary medications & supplements.

  • Fruits, vegetables, honey, legumes arranged in a circle

    Improve Your Health

Improved gut health, sleep, and sex drive.

  • Left border of fresh vegetables

    Manage weight

A whole food, plant-based diet tends to be lower in calories and higher in fiber, which can aid in weight management and contribute to a healthy body weight.

  • Top border of fruits arranged in rainbow order

    Loosen Up

Say “goodbye” to constipation, say “hello” to improved digestion, and protect yourself from colorectal cancer. The fiber found in plant foods supports healthy digestion by promoting regular bowel movements and maintaining a healthy gut microbiome.

  • Silhouette of women with arms spread in the sunshine

    Overall satisfaction

Look better, feel better, and overall, be happier.

  • Green herbs border

    It's worth it

“There are no negatives to eating like this. I feel nothing but positive, mentally and physically. I love it. I feel like it also has a kind of a domino effect on the rest of my life.”
